At Argus Fintech, we strive to provide high-quality tools and services to empower financial advisors and their clients. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
  • The service was not delivered as promised and you contacted support within 7 days of the issue.
  • A cancellation request for a subscription was made within 3 days of initial purchase and the service has not been fully used or accessed.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

  • Services already availed or used.
  • Subscription renewals unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Promotional or discounted services/products.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@argusfintech.com with the following details:

  • Registered email ID
  • Order ID/Transaction Reference
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot or proof of issue (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
